Hi I’m Jane.  Originally from Newcastle, England, I moved to Perth, WA in 2012.

From 3 years old you couldn’t keep me still. I did dancing, trampolining, cross-country running, athletics, basketball, football and netball. My proudest achievement though; a Gymnastics career spanning over a decade, competing at National level in both Artistic and Team Gymnastics.

 

Being a competitive gymnast put a lot of stress on my body and meant that I had my fair share of injuries; from overuse to trauma to growing pains.  As I grew older and less active, the injuries weren’t healing as quickly. Combine this with a sedentary desk job and the onset of an autoimmune disease, I really was a far cry from the healthy athlete I once was.

This lit a fire inside of me. I needed to get healthier. I needed to make a change. I wanted to do something that I was good at, that I liked, that helped people. People like me. I worked with a life coach and got my mindset, my health and my nutrition back on track and I asked myself… What do I like? Health and Fitness. What do I know? Injury and Pain Management. What am I good at? MASSAGE!

From my experiences I understood the importance of needing to look after my body in order to perform, move and LIVE so I completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and opened my own private clinic. My experience and certifications allow me to support and guide my clients through their health journey and ease them towards reaching their well-being goals.

of professional and ethical practices within the massage industry.

Health Insurance

I am a registered health fund provider with all Australian health funds and can offer health fund rebates to clients with Remedial Massage listed on their policy. At our High Wycombe Home Base we have a HICAPS facility which enables rebates to be claimed on the spot. At Osborne Park you will need to submit a claim online.
